Food was not very warm . I got Better food from a food truck downtown

I am not sure I have ever been to slower chipotle EVER. I have been here at least 10 times and I don't think I've ever been out of here faster than 25 minutes no matter how many people are in front of me. Save your time and go to a different location oh, even if it takes longer to drive there you will save the time waiting in line! The food and quality of cooking is definitely standard, no complaints there.

Always busy and always very efficient! Excellent quality too, especially since the food is constantly moving! I personally love the salad bowl option with the yummy brown rice and the vegetarian option. The sauces are always fresh as well --- I personally like a combination of all of them, to make it extra tasty! The chips are always crispy and fresh too, and the avocado dip is amazing, and very addictive on top of that! The only drawback is the parking in the area, but the parking meters usually open after 5 or 10 minutes -- well worth the slight wait. Please do not leave this very convenient location -- I hope that it stays for many years to come!

Slowest lunch line I've ever seen but good sized portions.

They never know how to staff. Line that doesn't move and yes I understand about ppl ordering online but when you have ppl in front of waiting in a line that goes out the door I think you need to start changing up some things.

This chipotle place is terrible. I ordered a pickup order online and I asked for a veggie bowl where you can get guacamole for free. They didn’t even put guacamole in it and I never asked for cheese because I am highly allergic to it and they put it in there as well. I basically just got rice with just veggies and a bunch of cheese that I did not ask for. My friend and I tried to call them about 10 times before we gave up because they were not answering. Terrible service and terrible employees. The cashier was even taking off her other employees shoes and touching all over them and she wasn’t even wearing gloves. This chipotle is nasty. I repeat, this chipotle is nasty...

Always a good visit.

I would like them to work a bit more on presentation food wise. When i ask for a 🌯 burrito i don't expect a roll mess. Quite dissatisfied by the costumer service.I hope it gets better at all chipotle restaurant

I found a plastic thing in my 5 yr old food and I could tell it was in the chicken or beans it was same color sauce I'm lucky my daughter is a picky eater

Ordered online for 415 pickup. At 430 I told them to just cancel my order because it would be faster to go through the line. They charged me anyways and I did not get the order. So basically they stole from me.

It was busy as always. But the food could be hotter and we ate in the dinning room. Way cold.

Came to this location before lunch and had a great experience. My chicken bowl was bangin with flavor and the lady gave me a scoop and a half of chicken wout/me saying anything!I came during the lunch rush on a Friday so they were busy as I had expected but, it was well worth the wait! One of the best bowls ive had...and I'm very picky.Con- Parking is at meters and can be hard to find during the week days.

great food with extra friendly staff. this location is always very busy, but they do a great job of keeping the line moving without sacrificing quality.

Pretty badly understaffed. 40 people in a line out the door and 3 people working as best they can. Definitely not the fault of the front line employees. Probably just more corporate money squeezing.

I used to frequent this Chipotle because it's close, however, I've started going to the Grove City store instead because the quality here has gone downhill in the past year. I've been here enough times to say your experience will be hit or miss...but mostly miss. I've had great service and food here before but not typically. The store is often understaffed and I have visited multiple times when they are completely out of most ingredients because they weren't prepped. The lines move slow because of under staffing. The counter top is always dirty and smeared with food. It looks gross. I decided to return yesterday to give it another try and actually got food poisoning from eating here!! My burrito didn't even taste good-- it was dry and cold like the food had been sitting out all night. It probably was... considering it made me really sick.

It's Chiptole. Do you like Chiptole? Then you'll like this one. Does and has all the things Chiptole does and has.You do need a secret code to get into the bathroom which is great. To get the code you have to eat Chiptole and not go to the bathroom for 3 days. If you can prove that, they give you the code

I went late and they were out of chicken🤦other than that I love chipotle.

I usually order pickup or delivery through the app, only once have I stood in line to order. And it never fails that my to-go orderS are ALWAYS WILDLY DIFFERENT, whether it's the proportions, the missing ingredients, the quality of ingredients. Honestly, it's rarely done correctly or well but it's the only Chipotle the app will allow me to order from. It's small things, but SO ANNOYING.

Delivery order made through Chipotle’s app, given an estimate for arrival to be 24-41 minutes. It took an 1 hour and 24 minutes to arrive. ordered 2 bags of chips and only received one. I am going to be seeking a full refund

Every time you go to this Chipotle there is a problem. I have zero clue why I continue to go to this location. The line is always out the door and mobile orders take 30m past when they're promised. The staff always fighting amongst themselves. Overall just a badly managed branch.

Total, absolute chaos. Understaffed and unable to keep up with orders in any capacity whatsoever. Not the employees fault, clearly no management presence at all. Employees had shouting matches with customers who were angry that their orders were taking so incredibly long. Possibly the biggest restaurant disaster I have ever seen. A total dumpster fire. They should have closed the doors and went home.

They give you half portion sizes. Extremely skimpy and on multiple occasions. Better off going to another location.

This is my favorite place! Great prices, great food. Sometimes a little sliw, but that happens.

Do not come here unless you order online. You will wait in line forever and watch them make food while the line grows and grows and grows. Employees don’t seemed trained in food prep or customer service.

Staff was incredibly rude and rushed us through so quickly we couldn't even get half of what we wanted in our bowls

This particular chipotle was absolutely disgusting. The employees were touching their face and scratching her ears with the same gloves that they prepared our food with. We were in line for over 20 minutes before they finally got around to taking our order. The food service area was totally disgusting with food streaked out all over the counter. The drink station where is messy, the tables needed wiped off. The whole restaurant was just absolutely disgusting. There are no words. 488 South High St in Columbus Ohio.

This place had a very slow service. I ordered a burrito and they were not really generous with the amount of material that they put in it. And at the register they had mislabeled my order so very messy. I don’t recommend this place unless you have no other choice!

There are a lot of things I could say but my top 2 are: 1: employees are clearly not checking orders before being picked up by delivery, etc. I have been missing food more times than I can count. 2: they are taking in person orders in the same front area where they are fulfilling online orders. The chaos that ensues is ridiculous. I have waited for 10+ minutes while I am next in line because they are fulfilling online orders. Can’t there be a separate station for that?

Very hard to get ahold of refuse to answer the phone and when they finally do after 30 minutes they decide to hang up. Very unsatisfied with customer service.

It would be a a 5 if it weren't for the fact that nearly every time I come here you are out of guacamole. Way too often it happens. Also always sooo slow but the food is always good here and it's close to where I live.

The Wild West of Chipotles.. you never know what to expect in terms of quality at this joint. But the one constant, is the service. From the complete lack of hygiene and cleanliness, to the blatant disregard for customer service, they’ve got it all. You want a crusty nailed cashier thumb touching your bowl? You want a elbow brushing against your lettuce? This. Is. The. Spot. Rude and disgusting/10. Will likely still return.

Every time I come to this chipotle the line is out the front door. This is largely in part to not enough staff and their unwillingness to handle the paying patrons that are in line to order, as they would rather deal with online orders. This is ridiculous to wait 30 minutes in line for a simple bowl of food.

Staff was friendly! Prob not as clean as it should be but overall food was good! Wasn't crowded and no line (we were there Sunday around 3pm).

Manager there very disrespectfull after they made order worong..they would not remake it...not pleased at ALL with this one on a high st....manager needs fired ...
